Shareable Broker Consent and SOA Document Links
Shareable Consent and Scope of Appointment Documents Are Now Available!
You can now share public-facing consent and scope of appointment documents directly with clients through a generated link. This is a new feature — here's what it includes and how to get set up.
What This Feature Does
The public consent and scope of appointment documents give you a shareable link you can send to clients to collect signatures without requiring them to be in your CRM first. Clients access the form directly, fill it out, and submit — no backend access required on their end.
Two documents are available:
Public Consent Form
Scope of Appointment
Both are built as eSign templates and published through your platform.
What Clients Experience
Before accessing the consent form, clients enter their first name, last name, and email. The form then collects:
Date of birth
City, state, and zip
Email address
Phone number
This gives you a complete record at the point of consent rather than having to collect it separately.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Date of Birth field will NOT populate into the new contact record. You must pull this data from the signed document after the fact.
How to Get Set Up
Step 1: Access the Templates
Navigate to E-Sign Docs Tab in your platform
Click Templates
Locate the public consent and scope of appointment templates
Step 2: Configure Your Agent Information
The primary writing agent is pre-assigned to Agent 1 from the Agent Info Form on your dashboard. Before publishing, verify your agent details are correct — or customize the name, NPN, phone, and email as needed.
Step 3: Publish and Get Your Links
Click Publish to generate your shareable links. Copy each link and test in a new tab before distributing.
Step 4: Activate in Your Dashboard
Go to your dashboard and click Update Agency Branding
Copy and paste the custom values for consent and scope into the appropriate fields
Scroll down and Click Submit to save the URLs
Step 5: Set Up URL Redirects (Recommended)
A redirect makes your links shorter and easier to share with clients.
Go to Settings → Domains and URL Redirects
Create a redirect for both documents
Add the redirect URLs to your agency branding form
Confirm both links appear under Quick Links
